We're testing Propel Extension to help prepare job applications in your Chrome tab. Version 2.1.1 is not yet available in the Chrome Web Store. You'll review the application and submit it yourself.

One extension for your application workflow
Propel Extension version 2.1.1 is still being tested and is not yet available in the Chrome Web Store. The existing Store listing is an older build, so it is not a download for this version.
When it is released, you'll install Propel Extension in Chrome. Choose a job application, open Propel's side panel, sign in, and inspect the form. Review suggestions before Propel fills supported fields or attaches a résumé file you select. Answer unfamiliar or consequential questions on the employer page, then submit the final application yourself. Some sites and controls require manual steps.

Start from LinkedIn Easy Apply or a supported Indeed listing. Propel reads the live form, fills every step it can and attaches your résumé.

On supported Easy Apply forms, Propel can fill recognized fields and attach your résumé. You review answers and handle unfamiliar steps.

Propel fills supported Indeed applications. When a listing opens a flow it can't finish, it hands the page back to you.

Where your data lives
Your profile and saved answers live in your Propel account. The upcoming extension stores its sign-in session and local task records in Chrome; you choose the résumé file attached to an application.
What the AI sees
When you request AI planning in the upcoming extension, relevant form context goes through Propel's Supabase service to Jev. OpenAI may receive relevant question context for answer matching. See the privacy policy for details.
Your job-site accounts
Propel works in the browser you're already signed into. It never asks for your LinkedIn or Indeed password.

You review every application before it's submitted, and you can pause Propel at any point.

What does Propel take off my plate?
Propel handles the repeat application work: filling from your saved profile and work history, attaching your résumé and requested materials, reusing saved screening answers when they match, moving through supported multi-step forms, and keeping an application record. You choose the role and review before anything is submitted.
Which job sites does Propel work on?
In beta, LinkedIn Easy Apply and supported Indeed applications, in your Chrome tab. Easy Apply works best. Some Indeed listings open a flow Propel can't finish, and it hands the page back to you. Company career sites and applicant tracking systems aren't covered yet.
Do I stay in control of what gets submitted?
Yes. Propel keeps the application visible in your browser so you can check the role, résumé, fields, and answers before submission. You can step in whenever a page needs your judgment.
What happens when Propel cannot complete a step?
It asks instead of guessing. A required question you haven't answered before, an email or login check, 2FA, a CAPTCHA or an unfamiliar form control pauses the run until you step in.
Does Propel remember my answers?
Yes. Propel can save an answer to a screening question and reuse it when the same question appears in a later application. You can review the answer before it is submitted.
What does Propel do with my data?
Your profile and saved answers are stored in your Propel account. In the upcoming extension, a sign-in session and local task records are stored in Chrome. Requested AI planning sends relevant form context through Propel's Supabase service to Jev; OpenAI may also receive question context for answer matching. When can I install Propel Extension?

Is Propel free?
Yes. Propel is free to install, and the Free plan includes 10 applications a month. Paid plans add more: Starter is $19/mo for 150 applications, Pro is $39/mo for 250 applications, Power is $79/mo for 350 applications. An application counts only when Propel reaches the final submit step.
How much time does it save?
It depends on the application. Propel removes the repeated typing, uploads, familiar questions, page-by-page clicking and record keeping that add up across a job search. Longer, multi-step forms save the most.
Is Propel affiliated with LinkedIn?
No. Propel is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn or any other job site.
Propel Extension is coming to Chrome.
